Darktrace Wins Two Globee Awards for Excellent Customer Service
Darktrace, a leading autonomous cyber security AI company, today announced that it has received two Globee awards for its customer service in the 17th Annual Cyber Security Global Excellence Awards.
The commendations are:
- Customer Service and Support – Team of the Year
- Customer Service and Support – Project of the Year
These prestigious global awards recognize cyber security and information technology vendors that have the most ground-breaking products and services across the industry. More than 45 judges from around the world, representing a wide spectrum of industry experts, participated in the judging process.
Darktrace was commended for the distinguished performance of its dedicated Customer Success teams, and for the recent innovations to its AI product suite, which are helping its customers overcome the security challenges of remote working and the recent wave of sophisticated cyber-attacks.
The company was also recognized for its complimentary provision of Proactive Threat Notification (PTN) services to its customers during the pandemic. This 24/7 service ensures that high-fidelity incidents, which are strong indicators of an emerging attack, are directed to one of the global Darktrace Security Operations Centers (SOCs) for triage and assessment by its expert team of Cyber Analysts.
