Remuneration Committee

The purpose of the Remuneration Committee is to establish a formal and transparent procedure for developing policy on executive remuneration and to set or oversee as appropriate the remuneration packages of individual directors, Senior Management and employees of the Company.

Audit and Risk Committee

The purpose of the Audit and Risk Committee is to provide formal and transparent arrangements for considering how to apply financial reporting, risk management and internal control principles and to maintain an appropriate relationship with the Company’s auditors.

Nomination Committee

The purpose of the Committee is to establish a formal, rigorous and transparent procedure for the appointment of directors to the Board, assist with succession planning and to review the annual Board evaluation in accordance with the UK Corporate Governance Code.
