Darktrace Appoints Gordon Hurst to Board of Directors

Darktrace, the world’s leading cyber AI company, today announced that Gordon Hurst has joined the board of the directors as a Non-Executive Director. Gordon will also serve as Chairman of the Board’s Audit Committee.

Gordon joined Capita Plc as Financial Controller in 1988 when Capita was a management consultancy company with a turnover of £2 million. Through a combination of acquisitions and outsourcing deals, he was instrumental in growing the company into a FTSE 100 business, with an annual revenue of £4.3 billion when he left in 2015. Gordon is also the Chairman of Featurespace, a Cambridge-based technology company that specializes in fraud prevention technology, Non-Executive Chairman of Marston Holdings and Non-Executive Director of Motorpoint Plc.
