Darktrace announces today that Darktrace's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held on 3rd November 2022 at 3.00pm (London time) at the offices of Latham & Watkins (London) LLP, 99 Bishopsgate, London EC2M 3XF.
In connection with this, Darktrace confirms that the Notice of AGM and the associated Form of Proxy have today been posted or made available to Darktrace's registered shareholders.
